What is TargetFlo Workforce?
TargetFlo Workforce is the employee directory and lifecycle layer for ABA therapy centers. Each RBT, BT, BCBA, and front office employee has one record that holds their role, location, Google Workspace account, signed consents and SOPs, and training completion. Consents and SOPs

Handbooks, HIPAA acknowledgements, mandated-reporter policies, and clinic SOPs are templates in TargetFlo. Employees sign in the app; the signature records the template version, timestamp, and signer.

Workforce and Training & Compliance share the same employee. Courses, MCQ scores, and certificates roll up by role and location.
