What is TargetFlo Scheduling?
TargetFlo Scheduling is ABA scheduling software designed around the ABA revenue path: an authorization approves units per CPT code, a ScheduleBooking turns those units into recurring slots, and each SessionInstance on the calendar consumes them. It is on the roadmap today — the data model already exists beneath the live intake pipeline and eligibility checks, so scheduling arrives as a release, not a re-platform.
Built into the architecture — rolling out in product releases
The ABA revenue path
Authorization → Booking → Session → Note → Claim
Scheduling sits in the middle of the chain. If a session is not tied to an authorization, the note that follows it cannot become a claim.

What we are building
Scheduling capabilities on the roadmap
Everything below is labeled Coming soon on purpose. This is the vision we are shipping toward, not a feature list you can click today.
Staff availability
RBTs, BTs, and BCBAs publish working hours per location. Scheduling only offers slots a provider can actually cover.
Recurring ScheduleBooking slots
A booking is a recurring pattern — Monday/Wednesday/Friday 3:00–5:00 with the same RBT — that generates sessions forward in time.
SessionInstance calendar
Every occurrence becomes a SessionInstance on the calendar with its own status: scheduled, completed, cancelled, or no-show.
Authorized units per CPT
Bookings are counted against the authorization's approved units for 97153, 97155, 97156, and the rest — with remaining units visible at a glance.
Staff and client matching
Match on credential (RBT vs. BCBA), location, language, and supervision ratios before a slot is offered.
Multi-location calendars
One calendar per location, one roll-up for leadership. Room and staff conflicts are caught before they reach a family.
Why authorization-linked
Coming soonA calendar that cannot overbook an authorization
Most ABA centers discover unbillable sessions weeks later, when the biller compares delivered hours to approved units. TargetFlo puts that check at the moment of scheduling.
- Remaining units per CPT code are shown on every booking before it is saved
- Authorization expiry dates surface on the calendar, not in a spreadsheet
- Supervision sessions (97155) are scheduled against the supervising BCBA's availability
- Parent training (97156) and group ABA (97158) carry their own unit pools
- No-shows and cancellations release units back to the authorization
Matching and locations
Coming soonMatch the right RBT to the right client at the right site
Scheduling is a matching problem before it is a calendar problem. TargetFlo uses the employee directory and client record that already exist to make the match.
- Credential-aware: 97153 slots require an RBT or BT; 97151 and 97155 require a BCBA
- Location-aware: staff availability is published per location from the live employee directory
- Client-aware: guardian preferences, language, and care team from the client record
- Multi-location roll-up for leadership; per-site calendars for coordinators
