What is the TargetFlo Parent Portal?
The TargetFlo Parent Portal is a secure guardian portal for ABA therapy centers. It gives each parent or guardian scoped access to their child's record to sign the Plan of Care, complete consent forms, exchange documents, and see the care team. Because it sits on the same client record as the intake pipeline and Client & Family Hub, a signature in the portal moves the referral forward the moment it lands.

What guardians — and your intake team — get
Guardian access
Each guardian gets their own login tied to the client record. Works on a phone — most signatures happen there.
Plan of Care e-signing
The POC drafted in intake is signed by the clinician, then routed to the parent. The signed version lands on the client record the same day.
Consent forms
Treatment consent, release of information, photo/video, and telehealth consents — versioned, assigned, and signed in the portal.
Documents
Guardians upload insurance cards and diagnostic reports and download signed forms. Everything files to the client's document tab.
Care team visibility
Parents see who is on their child's team — BCBA, RBTs, intake coordinator — by name and role, so a phone call is never a mystery.
PHI-aware access
Guardians see only their own child. Access is role-scoped and audit-logged, and a guardian can be removed from a record in one action.
Action reminders
Outstanding signatures and missing documents are visible on the portal home and can be nudged by email or SMS broadcast.

Invite from the client record
Intake adds a guardian and sends the portal invitation. No separate account setup for staff.

Guardian signs in on a phone
The portal home shows what needs action: POC awaiting signature, consents due, documents requested.

Sign and upload
Plan of Care and consents are signed in-portal; insurance cards and reports upload directly to the client's documents.

Intake moves forward
The POC stage completes, Pending Authorization opens, and the clinical team sees the signed plan the same day.

The POC stage of intake needs two signatures: the clinician's and the parent's. Paper and PDF-by-email routinely add a week. In the portal, the clinician signs in TargetFlo, the parent gets a notification, and the signed plan is on the record — often the same day.
